VIP BBQ Garden Party

A private summer party for twenty special guests, with everything taken care of by Moonlighting Party Pieces - suppliers to the rich & famous! 

The event package features a tailored menu planned with your Chef, a DJ, Cocktail Mixologist and a Waiter to serve and wash up. We bring along a stylish cocktail bar, hybrid BBQ, gazebos, serving tables, glasses, crockery and cutlery and a decent sound system. The gourmet food includes quality meats, veggie options as required, seasonal salads, fine bread and delicious puddings. Drinks will be our premium selection of beer, wine and spirits, plus all the ingredients for a delightful cocktail menu. In all, everything you need for the perfect garden party - just add your guests!

We will be flexible to suit your venue and the party can take place between mid-May and mid-September, running for four hours, ’til 8pm latest, with variations on request.

Our Chef will need to make use of your kitchen for food prep, warming and washing up.
 
Tables and seating for your guests are not included.

A reasonable budget is included for good quality food and drinks based on average consumption.

This package is scalable at additional cost.

Venues more than 100 miles from GL50 will incur a reasonable surcharge to cover travel costs.
